Spanalect is a family-owned and operated business based in the picturesque town of Marburg, bordering both Somerset, Ipswich and Lockyer regions. With over 16 years of experience in the electrical trade, Anita & Hayden provide reliable, affordable service to locals.


Our team has extensive experience in the domestic & commercial building industry. We can install, repair and maintain electrical systems, including 3 phase power circuits and anything in-between. We also install, repair and maintain air-conditioning systems.

We have a thorough induction process where each of our staff is issued with a Company Policy Manual. This manual includes an Electrical Procedures Manual, Company Policy and Material Safety Data Sheets. We also provide our staff with site-specific risk assessment documents, accident/incident reports, live-work application/checklist and inspection certificates.

  • Do you have a charge a call out fee?

    We charge a call out fee only for out of hours work (beyond 6.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday), weekends and public holidays.

  • How far will you travel?

    We will travel within 50km of Marburg with no travel costs, however we will travel further if required, we are happy to discuss travel costs if you are out of this zone/district.

  • I’ve lost power, what do I do?

    Give us a call, we may be able to talk you through some simple steps to get your power back on.

  • Can I contact you out of hours for urgent requests?

    You can contact us out of hours, by SMS (0434 968 894), email or phone, should your electrical concern be of an urgent nature. 

  • Do you fix whitegoods?

    We can test almost any appliance you have and can recommend the best, most cost-effective course of action. We can quote for appliance repair vs replace. We can supply quality appliances for a reasonable rate. 

  • Do you service air conditioners?

    Yes, we are able to service and clean your air-conditioning system, including deep evaporator and condenser cleans.
